The Villas
Make a choice, as each of our villas is differently set up to better cater for your individual needs and priorities. Choose from luxury bathroom experience, luxurious swim, or simply a plunge, or spacious living and dining area. These are the combinations provided in our unique villas. We have 6 one-bedroom villas, 1 two-bedroom villa, and l three-bedroom villa built to satisfy all the needs of astute travelers.

Designed in a blend of traditional Balinese style buildings and modern furnishings, the Jimbaran Bali aims to replicate the warmth and charm of all the comforts of your home.

Bond together in love and friendship in our fully featured compound, from the luxury King Size bed, separate luxurious bathrooms to the relaxing lounge, you will find all your needs are catered for - making sure you get the best carefree holiday you’ve always wanted. The expansive king size bed and the opulent bathroom fittings will make you totally at ease in the calming surrounds. You will find a large marble bathtub fit for a royalty in each of the room, for that Cleopatra-like bathing experience. The pleasant atmosphere offers perfect setting for you and your family holiday indulgence.

Our on-call butler is dedicated to cater to your individual needs, assuring a professional and personalized service. A pick-up order service from a nearby supermarket is also available for those prefer their own cooking. Please make a grocery shopping list and contact reception for assistance.

Offering an added dimension in luxury living, all villas are fully equipped with private swimming pool, plunge pool or Jacuzzi, private kitchen, private dinning room, private living area, en-suite bathroom, split air conditioners, stereo hi-fi, DVD player, satellite TV cable, IDD telephone, refrigerator, safe deposit box, microwave, tea and coffee maker.

The Restaurant
From the exotic spices of the east or the recipes you have grown to love at home our chefs will create sumptuous local and international delicacies. The fragrances, the tastes, the seductive atmosphere all join to make every meal a culinary experience. The restaurant boasts fusion & western style dining and a service second to none that is ideal for an intimate dinner, or entertaining friends.

Let the Jimbaran Bali staffs bring the restaurant to you with full waiter service when you order ‘in villa’ dining. Treat yourself to a full set lunch or dinner prepared and served in your Villa. Our team of professional Indonesian chefs will create a feast of Indonesian and European specialties. We offer a set menu of selected dishes. The set menu can be altered for dietary or religious needs. Take your time and savor every morsel, as each course appears when you want it.

At The Jimbaran Bali Villas, we offer a range of additional services to enhance your stay with us. Whether it is a traditional massage, day tours, or a romantic candle light dinner, it is our intention to make your stay with us the most memorable of all your holiday retreats. The Jimbaran Bali Villas Rates
Valid until December 31, 2005, all rates are quoted in USD

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   Rates valid until December 31, 2005. All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge and the following benefits:
   • Daily American breakfast served in the villa or restaurant
   • Refreshing welcome drink and cold towel on arrival
   • Bali seasoning fresh fruit basket arrangement on arrival
   • Daily fresh flower arrangement
   • Complimentary return airport transfers
   • Complimentary shuttle service within Kuta and Nusa Dua area (on schedule)
   • Attractive give away (minimum 3 night stay)
2. Special Benefits
   • Honeymooners: 1 bottle house of wine & petal flower in bathtub upon arrival
   • Wedding anniversary: 1 bottle house of wine & 1 wedding anniversary cake
3. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: August 1 - 31; peak season period: December 24 – January 5
4. Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required during high and peak season periods
5. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 12:00
   Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
6. Terms of Payment
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.
7. Cancellation Policy
   - Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   - No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
